Specially designed plates reduce grease while precision temperature control maintains just the right heat for grilling beef, poultry, fish, and pork to perfection, with maximum flavor and minimal smoke. Engineered especially for smoke-less indoor cooking of grilled favorites all year round, this one-of-a-kind appliance also includes all the Griddler features home chefs love. And because there’s a removable drip tray and the plates are nonstick and dishwasher safe, cleanups are a breeze.

The Smoke-less Mode features preset options for food groups, including beef, poultry, fish, and pork. It also includes a fold-out front foot extension and additional top plate position for grease drainage, as well as newly designed plates for improved grease management. With an LCD display and digital controls, this griddler offers adjustable temperatures from 175-425°F plus a Sear Function. The DuoControl Heating Advantage provides independent temperature control for the upper and lower plates.
